Good News for everyone anxios to hear some new AOYE! We've been locked away in the studio for the past six months, putting the finishing touches on a brand new EP entitled ANTHEM. This new music was Produced and Engineered by our very own Kevin Schormann, in his brand new killer studio!

AOYE would also like welcome our new guitar player Tom McNamara to the family. With the departure of founding member Tony Hermosilla in December of 2009, we searched long and hard for someone to fill those big shoes. What we found was that the perfect man for the job was right in our back yard. Tom comes to us from some of central Jersey's best bands, and we have shared the stage with him many times in the past. Buy his ass a shot at the bar when you say HI!

So friends, we closed out 20088 with a BANG! Dispite parting ways with our label Crash Music, 2009 is already shaping up to be a BIG year for us! We have two brand new tracks done, and you can find those on our Media Player widget at the bottom of this screen (also check out our Myspace page). In addition to the new music, we just released a kick-ass video, Directed by Shotwell Productions. You can find that on our MEDIA page, as well as Myspace or YouTube.

Its been a loooong year so far friends! We toured across America in a winnebago, making new fans city by city. We played some awesome shows and learned the art of (not) showering while out there!

Back on the home front, we've started writing new material for our next album. Lemme tell you friends, this shit shows a more mature and dedicated Ashes of your Enemy! We're talking 200+ BPM tempos of wrist killing downpicking!! Check us out at a local NJ gig to hear some of those.

New Ashes Video Directed By Frankie Nasso

Today we began shooting our video for the upcoming single off our debut album due out October 9th (The Undying). Directing was Frankie Nasso (Mudvayne, Hatebreed, Bury Your Dead, Sworn Enemy, Emmure, All That Remains). The shoot began in the late hours of the night and went into the early morning. His vision and skills for the shoot were remarkable, and his crew was hard working and determined. Thanks to Frankie and his crew for making it all happen! Hey there friends, weve got some good news to share with everyone. First of all, our debut CD is done, mixed and mastered. Lemme tell ya, its crazy and heavy as hell! You will be blown away by how good the record sounds. Big thanks to Max Illidge for producing the disc!! Expect the CD to be in stores Sept/Oct. We’ll keep you posted on that.

Whats up everyone, the recording process has been going great. All tracking is completed and the album is currently in the mixing stage. The songs are definitely much heavier and have a lot more attitude than anything we’ve ever done before. We cant wait for all of you to hear it.

Matty has finished all his drum tracks and Joey has finished with his Bass tracks. Next up is Shottie to lay down all the Rhythm Guitar riffs and then Tony will have his turn.

Ashes Inks Worldwide Multi-album Deal

We are very proud to announce that we have signed a multi-album worldwide deal with Crash Music Inc. Thanks to all our family, friends, and fans for the continued support this past year. We would also like to thank everyone at Ginker Media for all their hard work in helping us make this happen. We’re eager and excited to be a part of the Crash Team, along with their roster of great bands. CHEERS!

Plans to begin recording for our full-length debut album is scheduled for March 2007. We are anxious to hit the studio once again with producer/musician/friend Max Illidge (40 Below Summer, Black Market Hero) behind the board. We’ll be sure to keep you posted as all the latest news unfolds!
